Complex Large Pyrite Crystal
|
Collection |
Hershel Friedman |
Description |
A single, large Pyrite crystal from the recent finds from Tanzania. These were found for several years but were generally disregarded due to them not being gem minerals. However, these surfaced in 2012-2013 as interesting and unique forms of Pyrite with a complex crystal habit of several different isometric modifications. This specimen was purchased by Hershel Friedman from Cal and Keith Graber at the InnSuites show in Tucson 2013. The photo was taken at the show.
